Rene Karras

Rene Karras has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as a Student Employee at WACKER. In 2013, they gained experience in the production of television and video commercials at Videolink GmbH. They then moved on to work as an Event and Marketing Manager at Restaurant Birdie until 2015. Following that, they served as a Client Relationship Manager at iwoca until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Head of Marketing at Ulrich Brunner GmbH, where they were responsible for overseeing the entire marketing department. Subsequently, they worked as a Marketing Lead EMEA & APAC at Newforma from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, they took a sabbatical and pursued freelance work before joining Panopto as a Marketing Lead EMEA in April 2022.

Rene Karras completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Media Technology at Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014.
