Alberto Rey Ocaña is an experienced consultant and research professional with a strong background in engagement management and research roles. Currently, Alberto serves as Engagement Manager at both Talengo and Panorama, positions held since July 2014 and August 2018, respectively. Previously, Alberto worked at Norman Broadbent from May 2005 to July 2014, holding titles such as Responsable de Research and Jefe de Proyecto. Alberto's career began at RBTechnology, where a role as Consultor & Researcher was held from April 2002 to April 2005. Alberto holds a Master's degree in Dirección y Organización de RRHH from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a degree in Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
