Alicia Angulo Casado serves as the Head of Search team planning and Engagement Manager at Talengo, specializing in executive talent identification and attraction across various sectors, including financial services, retail, technology, and more. With extensive experience in executive search project management and a previous role as Head of Research and Executive Search Manager at Prinzipal Partners, Alicia has a strong background in managing national and international selection processes and advising family businesses during transitions and mergers. Additionally, Alicia has been involved with Panorama and Friisberg & Partners International, contributing to recruitment consulting since 2011. Alicia holds a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School, and a coaching leadership course from Cincua Soluciones.
