Alvaro Arce Aliseda is an experienced director specializing in executive search across the Financial Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Energy sectors at Talengo since September 2021. In addition to their role at Talengo, Alvaro serves as a member of Panorama. Previously, Alvaro built the executive search practice for banking, financial services, energy, and real estate at Morgan Philips Group. Alvaro has a strong background in recruitment and investment banking, having managed specialized teams at Robert Walters focused on Investment Banking and Private Equity, and held principal and associate director roles at SGI Private Equity and Deutsche Bank, respectively. Alvaro began the career as a senior analyst at J.P. Morgan, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in financial analysis, client management, and investment practices. Alvaro holds a degree in A.D.E from CUNEF Universidad.
