Blanca Cal García-Noblejas is an experienced engagement manager at Talengo, as well as a member of Panorama, both since September 2023. From February 1996 until September 2023, Blanca served as a project manager at Overlap, handling national and international projects across various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, and finance. Blanca's expertise encompasses designing commercial schools, developing instructional models, and providing coaching and training in commercial skills and leadership. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Europa Management Consulting, where responsibilities ranged from junior consultant to team leader from 1992 to 1996. Blanca holds a degree in Jurídico Empresarial from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
