Marta García-Valenzuela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, inclusion, and diversity strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as a partner at Talengo since April 2014, Marta leads initiatives in executive search, assessment, and transformation, emphasizing leadership in sustainability and diversity. Marta's portfolio includes roles as a board member for Alianza por la Solidaridad and leader of the mentoring and diversity committee at Women Action Sustainability. Previous positions also encompass project management in diversity and talent development across multiple sectors, as well as contributions to initiatives supporting parents of premature babies. Marta holds advanced degrees in psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Innovation, alongside a Master's in Business Coolhunting.
