Marta Merino is a seasoned professional in business development and talent management, currently serving as Directora and Líder de la práctica de Tecnología at Talengo since March 2023. Additionally, Marta is a member of Panorama, a global partnership of executive search firms. Previous roles include Sales Manager IT at Experis, where Marta focused on business development and project management in technology talent solutions, and Senior Business Development at Experis España, specializing in Industry 4.0 initiatives. Marta co-founded Reclutando.es, a firm dedicated to talent search for startups and niche companies. Earlier experience also includes leadership positions at Adecco Professional and ÁBACO SIGLO XXI. Marta holds an MBA from IE Business School, a Master's in Human Resources Management from Escuela Europea de Negocios, and a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca.
