Vivian Acosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and human resources. Since July 2014, Vivian has served as a partner at Talengo, leading the international Consulting and Leadership area. In addition to this role, Vivian holds advisory positions on the boards of Madreperla, MEG Mujeres en Gastronomía, and Panorama. Vivian is also an Associate Professor at IE Business School and Centro de Estudios Garrigues, specializing in Diversity and Inclusion and Competency Management, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner of Consulting at Norman Broadbent and a managerial position at PEOPLE EXPERTS Psicólogos Empresariales. Academic credentials include degrees in Psychology and a Master’s in Behavioral Evaluation and Modification Techniques, complemented by certifications in leadership, coaching, and digital transformation.
