Andrew Ting

Andrew Ting has extensive experience in the legal and business fields. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Panorama Education, where they lead the legal, government affairs, and privacy teams. Previously, Andrew was an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, teaching Startup Law. Andrew also taught Business Planning as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School.

In addition, Andrew held leadership positions in various organizations. Andrew was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Koalafi, a fintech company utilizing machine learning and big data analytics. Andrew also served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at CenterHarbor Advisors, an investment advisor for Canapi Ventures funds.

Earlier in their career, Andrew was the General Counsel and Company Secretary at SpringHarbor Financial Group LLC, providing legal and business advice for the company's investments and portfolio companies. Andrew also served as Managing Director and General Counsel at Promontory MortgagePath LLC, and as Senior Deputy General Counsel at Promontory Financial Group, LLC.

Before transitioning to these roles, Andrew gained valuable legal experience as an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where they provided counsel to public and private companies in various industries. Andrew began their career as an Associate Consultant at Braun Consulting.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong expertise in legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, and business strategy.

Andrew Ting earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard University in 2000. Subsequently, they attended Harvard Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2001 to 2004.
