Griffin Kelton

Griffin Kelton is an experienced product design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Panorama Education since August 2022. Prior to this, Griffin held the position of User Experience Manager at Terra Dotta, LLC, where responsibility included defining and refining UX strategy with a focus on accessibility for neurodiversity. Griffin also worked as the Director of UX & Design at Smashing Boxes, leading the formation of a strong product team and initiating UX Research practices. Previous roles include Director of Digital Experience at Second Nature, where Griffin significantly improved conversion rates, and Partner/Lead Marketing Strategist at Adena Studios. Griffin's early career involved marketing positions at Social House Vodka and self-employment as a brand building consultant while also working as a Concept Store Design Strategist at Starbucks. Griffin holds a B.A. in Marketing from Cedarville University.
