Lisa Woodson

Lisa Woodson, MSOD has a diverse work experience in the field of people and talent management. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Panorama Education since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Learning Group Consultant at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they partnered with faculty to support learning and curriculum application for graduate students.

Lisa also has prior experience as the Chief People Officer at Code42 from December 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at HID Global from March 2018 to December 2020, where they played a key role in developing talent management strategies and supporting enterprise growth. Lisa also served as the Head of Talent Management/HR Business Partner at HID Global from April 2015 to February 2018.

Their earlier experience includes working as the Director of Organization Development & Talent at ION Geophysical from April 2013 to May 2015. In this role, they focused on leadership development and talent management strategies to retain top performers. Prior to that, Lisa worked as an OD Consultant during their time as a graduate student at Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management from August 2011 to August 2013.

Lisa began their career as a Sr. Manager - People at PRA Health Sciences from February 2007 to February 2012, where they contributed to the development of life-saving drugs.

Lisa Woodson, MSOD, holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Leadership from the University of San Francisco. In terms of certifications, Lisa has completed programs in Organization Design at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2016, the Birkman Method® at Birkman International in November 2015, and Everything DISC at Wiley in 2013. Lisa has also participated in the Inclusive Leadership Lab offered by Pope & Associates, Inc.
