Michael Lersten currently serves as an Attending Physician at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center since August 2020 and is an Advisory Board Member at PainTheory since January 2016. Previously, Michael completed a PGY-4 residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado Medicine from July 2015 to August 2018, following a Surgical Internship at the Harbor-UCLA Surgery Department from July 2014 to July 2015. Michael's educational background includes an Ultrasound and Orthobiologic Fellowship at Bodor Clinic (2019-2020), an Interventional Spine Fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine (2018-2019), as well as a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine (2010-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology from the University of Iowa (2004-2008). Additionally, before pursuing a medical career, Michael was a 9th Grade Biology Teacher with Teach for America from June 2008 to June 2010.
