Michele Pecorilli has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michele started their career at DaVita Kidney Care in 2011 as a Facility Administrator, overseeing daily operations at a high-volume dialysis clinic. Michele then joined the Dental Whale Practice Group in 2015, where they served as a Central Services Manager, Regional Manager and Field Support Training Manager, and Procurement Manager, responsible for various operational aspects of multiple dental practices. In 2018, they moved to MEDNAX, Health Solutions Partner, as a Service Area Manager, leading performance improvement initiatives across 60 ambulatory practices. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Pediatrix Medical Group as a Market Director, focusing on the growth and development of medical group practices. Currently, Michele is working as the Regional Director of Operations at Panoramic Health, a position they assumed in 2023.
Michele Pecorilli has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Michigan State University. Michele also studied English and Communications at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
