Mike Vandiver is the Senior Vice President in charge of Portfolio Performance for Panoramic Ventures.
An accomplished senior finance executive with 25 years of experience with private equity and venture capital backed software companies, Mike contributes strategic and operational management knowledge to accelerate the sustainable growth of Panoramic portfolio companies.
Mike is a six-time CFO with sector knowledge spanning Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and DevOps, as well as extensive international operating experience. He has successfully led companies through growth initiatives, including M&A and equity and debt capital raising, as well as managing retrenchment.
Mike will work hands-on with Panoramic portfolio companies to support successful scaling and accelerated growth.
He earned an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
