Rachelle is the Vice President of Content for Panoramic Ventures.

An award-winning writer and brand strategist and lifelong entrepreneur, Rachelle balances creative and business acumen with deep empathy. She has made a rich career of helping organizations articulate what makes them distinctive and sustainable.

For more than 20 years, Rachelle has led strategy and production of content that thoughtfully connects organizations and their most important stakeholders. Before joining Panoramic, she formed Watchword Brand, which she successfully sold to Dragon Army. She has advised some of the most respected and innovative companies in the world, ranging from unicorn Magic Leap to The Coca-Cola Company.

As an entrepreneur, Rachelle has co-founded and led a sustainable footwear company, the Atlanta chapter of an international organization for mothers, a 501c3 that provides nonprofit founders with business training and mentorship, and an independent publishing house focused on executive thought leaders.

Outside work, Rachelle writes for an international brand magazine. She is an active volunteer currently serving on the Executive Board for the Grove Park Foundation and an active member of IWF. She’s also a mildly obsessed marathon runner, mom of two lovely teenagers and a sweet old dog, and the admiring wife of a fellow entrepreneur.

Rachelle holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wake Forest University. She published her Master’s dissertation under the watchful eye of Dr. Maya Angelou.
