Assaf Boker

Customer Success Team Lead at Panorays

Assaf Boker has a wealth of experience in customer success, management, and leadership roles. Assaf began their career in 2011 as a Tour Leader for Knesset, a Gym and Health Instructor for Lerner Physical Education Institute, and a Director of the Israeli Delegation for Camp Ramah California. In 2012, they became the Director of NFTY in Israel and a Unit Supervisor, where they had full logistical and educational responsibility for 20 staff members and 120 participants. In 2014, they became the Founder and Tour Leader for Boker Tours, where they were responsible for marketing, planning, leading, and evaluating a variety of tours in Israel. That same year, they also became the Director of Kesher Hadash, a partnership program between Hillel at Hebrew University and the Jewish Theological Seminary in NYC. In 2011, they were a Member of the Screening and Assessing Team for the Jewish Agency Summer Camp Program. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Panorays as the Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager.

Assaf Boker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2011 and 2015. Assaf then completed a Tour Guide Course at Yad Ben Zvi- Birthright institute for touring education from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, they earned a Master's degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Haifa.
