Talia Shmerler

Talia Shmerler is currently employed as the Legal Counsel Director at Panorays, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Cellebrite from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Talia was employed as a Legal Counsel at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. and was a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University during the same time. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Associate at Shenhav & Co., Advocates & Notary, where they represented companies, startups, and venture capital funds. Talia also held an Intern role at ZAG-S&W (Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co) from 2014 to 2015, and participated in the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in 2014. Her career began in 2006 when they served as a Diving Instructor and Diving Equipment Technician in the Israel Defense Forces.

Talia Shmerler has a well-rounded educational background. Talia completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2014, with a field of study in International Corporate Law. Talia then completed a Master of Laws - LLM from Tel Aviv University in 2018, with a field of study in Economic and Public Law. Talia also completed a Master of Laws - LLM from Northwestern University in 2018, with a field of study in Economic and Public Law. In 2013, they attended a summer semester at Fordham University School of Law, with a field of study in International and Commercial Law. In 2014, they attended a summer course at Università degli Studi di Cagliari, with a field of study in Mediation and Arbitration.
