Heather Bloom has over 20 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sales, and office management. Heather began their career in 1999 as a Sales Support Assistant/Customer Care Associate at Champion Solutions Group. In 2002, they worked as a Consultant-Sales and Marketing Coordinator at BROADWING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at FrontLine Marketing and as a Sales Support Specialist/Tradeshow Coordinator at PROCURESTAFF. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Service Coordinator at KFORCE PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager and Sales Administrator/Office Manager at Amulet Hotkey. Most recently, they have been a Logistics Manager and Logistics Specialist at Panos Brands, LLC since 2018. During their career, they have been responsible for coordinating and managing the transporting, warehousing and the inventory of products as they move through the supply chain, creating and managing customer returns processes, coordinating packing and shipping of event supplies, tracking and tracing shipments, preparing shipping documentation, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, dispatching shipments, unpacking and examining incoming shipments, gathering data and metrics for monthly reporting, overseeing and controlling the ordering, storage and use of products, procuring direct materials, performing semi and annual inventory audits, and more.

Heather Bloom obtained their Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Hospitality Management from UCF College of Business between 1996 and 1998. In 2011, they attended New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies for Special Events Management. In 2017, they completed a course in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Essex County College.
