Sales Director - Alternate Channels and Export Markets at PANOS Brands

Sokha Lim began their career in 2005 as an Operations Specialist at Allcom Telink. In 2007, they became a Design Project Manager at PalPilot International Corporation, where they facilitated and coordinated print circuit board design schedules, acted as the primary interface between sales staff and design engineer staff, and worked with local and offshore contract manufacturers/component vendors in purchasing PCB/components. In 2009, they became an English Teacher at Won il Elementary, where they developed students' numeracy and literacy skills in English and organized learning resources and the classroom environment. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Business Development Manager at California Scents, where they were responsible for identifying, soliciting and closing new sales from both new and existing customers. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Western Regional Sales Manager at Norseland, Inc. and a Western Regional Sales Director of Perishables at Panos Brands, LLC. At Panos Brands, they helped to develop and manage a business with a growth of $5.5 Million in sales year over year and over a 40% growth. In 2018, they became the Sales Director - Alternate Channels and Export Markets at Panos Brands, where they were responsible for business development in expanding and finding opportunities for PANOS Brands growth in alternate channels of distribution other than traditional and conventional grocery retailers, as well as national and international export opportunities.

Sokha Lim attended UC Irvine from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a BA in Sociology and Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Lakewood High School. In September 2018, Sokha obtained a certification in Managing Your Sales Territory from LinkedIn.
