Josh Vallon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and program management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at PanTech Design, Josh oversees critical technical decisions for the Adapt and Adapt Energy platforms. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at Oscar Health, where significant improvements were made in developer culture and productivity through a revamped onboarding program. Experience includes managerial roles at AVI-SPL, where organizational changes in programming operations led to substantial growth in key performance metrics, and a successful venture into Audio-Visual programming services as a Principal Consultant at Charles M. Salter Associates, Inc. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
