Darren Gallo

Darren Gallo has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Darren started their career in 1999 as a Central Office Technician at Verizon. In 2007, they moved to Charter Communications as a Network Engineer and was responsible for leading voice customers in central and northern California, maintaining and operating the soft switch, and installing, administering, configuring, and maintaining OSS applications. In 2011, they joined Fonality as a Senior Technical Support Manager, overseeing the day to day operations of 60+ Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Technical Support Engineers in 4 countries, and was involved in interviewing, selection vetting, and final decisions during hiring periods. In 2014, they moved to NetFortris as a Senior Director of Global Support and later as a Director of Global Support. Currently, they are working at PanTerra Networks as an Enterprise Sales Engineer.

Darren Gallo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rowan University.
