Keturah Pliska

Keturah Pliska has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Keturah currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Panthalassa. Previously, they worked at Agrinos, where they served as the Director of Operations for both US and Mexico production and oversaw manufacturing and global distribution. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations for a US production plant, where they managed start-up operations and developed a hiring plan for key operational leaders and technical staff. Keturah also worked as a Consultant and Project Manager for Agrinos, leading the green build of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Before joining Agrinos, Keturah worked at Dow AgroSciences as an Operations Administrator and Project Manager, where they enhanced R&D activities and improved infrastructure and capacity through capital project management. Keturah also provided administrative and HR support to employees and leadership. Earlier in their career, Keturah held the role of Senior Manager of Administrative Services and Capital Project Manager at Exelixis, supporting R&D sites in daily operations and overseeing various departments. Keturah began their career as an Assistant Site Manager at Housing NW, where they managed multiple residential apartment buildings and oversaw the guest housing program.

Keturah Pliska obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University in 2000. Keturah further pursued education and received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Portland State University in 2004. Keturah then continued their studies and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Marylhurst University between 2007 and 2009.
