Jocy Brantley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jocy began their career at ExxonMobil in 1988, where they held various IT positions until 1999. Jocy then worked at Etensity as a Project Manager from 1999 to 2000. Following that, Jocy joined Pantheon Inc as an IT Consultant from 2000 to 2007. In 2010, they became the CIO at EDJ Associates, Inc., a position they held for seven years. In 2017, Jocy returned to Pantheon Inc, this time as the Product Support Services and Delivery Manager, a role they currently hold.

Jocy Brantley obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Maryland. Jocy attended the university from 1984 to 1988.
