Rick Block

Rick Block is the Development Director at Pantheon Industries. Rick has over 25 years of experience in the field of Vocational Evaluation and Career Counseling.

Rick started their career in 1992 as a Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services. Rick then worked as a Software Developer for Vocational Technologies, where they developed software for computerized assessment and career exploration used in career counseling, vocational evaluation, pre-employment screening and job training. In 1993, they became a Vocational Evaluator at the Vocational Development Center - University of Wisconsin-Stout. There they performed comprehensive vocational evaluation services. The following year they took a position as a Vocational Evaluator with Voc-Eval Associates, where they provided private sector vocational rehabilitation services.

In 1994, Rick began working at Paragon Industries, Inc. as a Vocational Evaluator. Rick was responsible for program development and comprehensive vocational evaluation services. Rick remained with Paragon until 1999 when they took their current position with Pantheon Industries.

At Pantheon, Rick is responsible for leading the company’s product development efforts. Rick oversees a team of developers who create new products and features for the company’s software platforms. Rick also manages Pantheon’s customer support and technical documentation teams.

Rick Block has a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Vocational Rehabilitation; Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitation Counseling and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Sociology/Psychology.

Their manager is Erik Martin, Executive Director.
