Erik Thomas

Erik Thomas is a seasoned private equity professional currently serving as Vice President at Pantheon Ventures since 2021, focusing on private equity co-investments. Previously, Erik held the position of Senior Associate in the same area at Pantheon Ventures. Prior to that, Erik worked as a Private Equity Associate at Frazier Healthcare Partners, specializing in healthcare private equity investments. Erik began a career in investment banking with roles as an Analyst in Healthcare Coverage at Jefferies and Nomura from 2016 to 2019. Erik holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and a B.S. in Business Administration, both from the University of Southern California, achieving Magna Cum Laude honors in each degree.
