Hart Orenstein

Hart Orenstein serves as Managing Director at Pantheon since August 2022, contributing to the global private credit investment team with a focus on North American private credit secondaries and co-investments. Previously, Orenstein held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Credit Partners from June 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing senior and junior debt financing to small and medium-sized businesses. Prior roles include Credit Investment Analyst at UBS O'Connor, Credit Trading Desk Analyst and Vice President of Leveraged Finance at JPMorgan Chase, and a Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Alcatel. Orenstein earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
