Victor Mayer

Victor Mayer is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in product development, structuring, and distribution within private equity and alternative investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pantheon since July 2021, Victor has played a pivotal role in launching the Pantheon Global Private Equity Fund (PGPE) in 2024 and the Pantheon Global Credit Secondaries Fund (PGCS) in 2025, alongside managing the European private equity primary and co-investment team. Prior to Pantheon, Victor worked as a Director at HSBC from January 2016 to July 2021, leading product development for private wealth and insurance clients across EMEA and APAC. Victor co-founded The Bubble Day, serving as CEO in sports event management, and held analyst positions in private equity and corporate finance at Access Capital Partners, PARVILLA INVESTISSEMENTS, Naxicap Partners, and Deloitte. Academically, Victor holds an MSc in Banking & Risk Management from ESSCA and an International MBA from Kasetsart University, complemented by a French Baccalaureate with Honours.
