Will Stelpflug

Will Stelpflug is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure & Real Assets at Pantheon Ventures, where responsibilities include fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries across Asia and Australasia. Stelpflug began as the first full-time member of the investment team and previously held the position of Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on private equity funds and companies in the infrastructure and real assets sectors. Prior to joining Pantheon Ventures, Stelpflug worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, engaging with clients on strategic and operational issues across various industries, including Industrials, Materials, Public Sector, and Private Equity. Stelpflug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and War Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has also studied at The University of Hong Kong.
