Conor Headon

Conor Headon is the VP of EMEA at Pantheon, where they lead efforts to build the business and scale the team. With a decade of experience in high-growth SaaS companies, Conor played a pivotal role in establishing DocuSign's European operations and led ActiveCampaign's expansion in the region. They previously served as the Head of Sales at Immutable, turning around a low-performing team and significantly increasing sales performance. Conor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Innovation and Technology from Dublin City University, which they completed in 2015.
