Tiffany Leong's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2023, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Panther. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they were employed at Vancouver Coastal Health, where they served as an Informatics Specialist for Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) and a Public Health Nurse. In these roles, they implemented a large-scale electronic health records application system and managed logistics for mass immunization clinics, overseeing a team and providing clinical expertise. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Registered Nurse at Passport Health. In 2019, they had a preceptorship as a nurse at Vancouver Coastal Health. Before entering the healthcare field, they served as a Deputy Returning Officer at Élections Canada from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they interned as a Quality Assurance Intern at Purdys Chocolatier, and in 2012 they worked as a World Vision Fundraiser at Donorworx Inc.

Tiffany Leong has a diverse education history. Tiffany obtained a Diploma in Full Stack Web Development from Lighthouse Labs. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (With Distinction) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Tiffany also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of British Columbia. During their time at UBC, they participated in an international exchange program at Uppsala University in which they focused on international studies.

Furthermore, Tiffany Leong has participated in the EXPLORE Language/French-immersion Program at Université Laval to enhance their language skills. These include the HIPAA Security and Privacy Training from HIPAA Secure Now!, the Registered Nurse (RN) certification from the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, the Immunization Competency Course for Registered Nurses and RPNs from the BC Centre for Disease Control, and the CPR/AED Level HCP || Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the Canadian Red Cross. Tiffany continues to pursue a diverse range of knowledge and skills in both the healthcare and technology fields.
