Rodney Milbourne

Rodney Milbourne has a diverse work experience with a focus on leadership and management roles. Rodney is currently the Chief Executive Officer at NOVUS Glass, where they specialize in windshield repair and replacement. Prior to this, Rodney founded and served as the CEO of Respectable Customer Service N Logistics (RCNL), a last mile delivery company. Rodney also founded and served as the CEO of Rodzilla Enterprises, a logistics company. Rodney has experience in business operations and contracting, having worked as a Sr. Business Operations Specialist at Amyx, Inc. and as a Chief of Contracting in the US Army. Rodney has also worked as an Assistant Product Manager at the Missile Defense Agency. Additionally, Rodney has a background in academia, having served as a Military Science Instructor at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Rodney has also held various leadership positions in the US Army, including Company Commander and Logistical Supply Chain Manager. Overall, Rodney brings a wealth of experience in leadership, logistics, and business operations to their current role as CEO of NOVUS Glass.

Rodney Milbourne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Winston-Salem State University in 1999-2003. Rodney later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Strayer University in 2010-2012. Most recently, Rodney completed a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, General at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from 2019-2020.
