Jung Sin

Jung Sin has extensive work experience in product management and user experience (UX). They currently serve as the Global Director of Digital Product Management at Pantone. Prior to this, Jung held the position of Senior Product Manager at P.volve from 2019 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2017, Jung worked as the Director of Product Management and UX at ArtBinder, where they spearheaded the product lifecycle, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and established a framework for business growth and platform optimization.

Before that, Jung served as a Product Management and UX consultant at PayPal from 2015 to 2016, where they advised on strategies to drive consumer awareness and increase donation revenue.

In 2014, Jung worked as the Executive Director of Product and UX at Gawker Media, where they played a key role in increasing gross revenue, overhauling the platform to attract more users, and implementing best practices for open-source journalism.

Jung also served as the Director of UX and Product at Bedrocket Media Ventures from 2013 to 2014, overseeing the release of a video content management system and enabling Univision to leverage ad revenue opportunities.

Prior to that, Jung worked at CrowdTwist, Inc. as a Product Manager and UX professional, focusing on platform optimization and app development, and at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as the Director of Product and UX, optimizing budget and team allocation and leading a team of designers.

Jung's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Experience Designer at AKQA and an Associate Product Manager and UX professional at Comedy Central.

Jung Sin holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School, which was completed in 2006. In 2014 to 2015, Jung Sin pursued a business certification in Business Fundamentals from General Assembly.
