Matt Goetzmann

Matthew Goetzmann is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as an Associate at Pantzer Properties, Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as a Real Estate Analyst from February 2022 to April 2024, and as an Analyst at Hanover Street Capital from June 2021 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes an Acquisition Intern role at Green National and a Finance Intern position at Pyramid Management Group. Matthew co-founded Laker Sealing LLC during high school, tapping into the local demand for asphalt seal coating. Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University, graduating in 2021.
