Megan Hall

Megan Hall is the Director of Human Resources for Panco Management Corporation and joined the team in 2017. She is responsible for aligning human resource processes with the company’s business strategy, executing talent and organizational initiatives, managing benefits and wellness education, performance management, compliance, employee relations and change management. Prior to joining, Megan successfully lead the Human Resource Department for a national property management firm where she was able to build a best-in-class HR platform. Megan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph’s University and is a Veteran of the United States Army.
