Todd Charity has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Todd started their career as a Facilities Technician at Verizon Communications in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Todd then joined Valiant Technology as an IT Technician in 2009 and worked till 2010. In 2010, Todd joined Prestige Management Services as an IT Specialist and stayed there until 2011. After that, they joined Panurgy as a Field Engineer and Project Manager in 2011. At Panurgy, they coordinated projects and professional services engagements, managed technicians, and ensured customer satisfaction.
Todd Charity's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Bergen Community College, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts. Todd attended the college until 2005, earning an Associate of Arts and Science (AA) degree.
In 2009, Todd enrolled at PC Age Technical Institute and studied Internetwork Engineering. Todd completed this program in 2010.
In addition to their academic education, Todd has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they became a CompTIA A+ IT Technician. In 2010, they achieved the MCTS - Configuring Windows 7 certification from Microsoft, as well as the CompTIA Network+ certification. Todd also obtained the MCSA - Windows 7 certification in the same year. In 2011, they acquired the MCTS - Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Administrator certification from Microsoft.
In 2013, Todd obtained various certifications, including EMC Velocity Systems Engineer from EMC, CSSA - Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator from Dell Sonicwall, and Datto Academy Advanced Certification from Datto.
Later in Todd's career, in 2018, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Todd also achieved the VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware in the same year.
