Mandar Khanolkar

Mandar Khanolkar is an experienced technology leader currently serving as VP and Head of Engineering, India at Panzura since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mandar held positions at Amazon as a Software Development Manager focused on Amazon Aurora from May 2022 to May 2023, and as Technical Director at Pavilion Data Systems from January 2019 to May 2022, where expertise in NVMe-oF storage solutions and various system integrations was demonstrated. Mandar co-founded Isana Systems, serving as CTO from September 2014 to December 2018, and held multiple technical roles at Symantec, including Sr. Principal Software Engineer, from 2007 to 2014. Earlier in the career, Mandar worked at Persistent Systems Limited and ICICI Infotech in software engineering roles. Mandar holds a Diploma in Advanced Computing from MET'S IIT Bandra and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
