Marlene Rohr

Marlene Rohr is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and community service. Currently serving as Chapter Coordinator for the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators since January 2016 and self-employed with Mannerton Corp since December 2012, Marlene has a strong commitment to writing, philanthropy, and family values. A former educator and school library manager, Marlene held positions as a Library Technician at Edmonton Public Schools and Children's Ministry Leader at Heritage Valley Assembly. Marlene has also contributed significantly to community organizations, serving as Deaconess for PAOC and President of Shepherd's Caring Friends Auxiliary while actively participating in fundraising and event planning. Educational background includes a Diploma in Rehabilitation Practitioner Studies from Grant MacEwan College and training at Vanguard College.
