Suzanne Vafiadis

Suzanne Vafiadis, MSOL, has a diverse professional background with substantial experience in administrative support and real estate. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner/CEO and Property Management Team at Paolino Properties since October 2025, Suzanne has previously held key positions such as Executive Assistant to the CEO & Partners at KLR and Realtor at Williams & Stuart Real Estate. Additional roles include Purchasing and Account Management at DCL Corporation, Regional Administrative Assistant at Citizens Bank, and Broker Client Service Specialist at Citizens Investment Services. Suzanne began her career as an HR and Accounting Director at MCD Air Transport, Inc., and also has experience as a Substitute Teacher in the Pawtucket School Department. Academically, Suzanne is pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College, holding a Bachelor’s degree in History Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education/History from Rhode Island College, along with a Certificate in Administrative Assistance from Katharine Gibbs.
