Drew Garverick

Drew Garverick is a seasoned operations and technology management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Implementation at Papa Johns since May 2025, Drew has successfully organized store-level technical implementations and improved communication with franchise and company restaurants. Prior to this role, Drew was the Manager of Field Technology at The Wendy's Company, supporting over 1,900 restaurants and enhancing operational efficiency. As Vice President of Operations at GW Gyro & Wings, Drew led the transition to new point-of-sale technology and managed a diverse team. Additional experience includes significant roles at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill, GW Gyro & Wings, The Taco Stand, and Locos Franchise Company, demonstrating a consistent track record in driving operational improvements and franchise development.
