Fred Burgess

Fred Burgess is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director-President of DMD Ventures since January 2011, Fred has played a pivotal role in owning and operating restaurants, hotels, and retail centers while developing franchise territories for leading brands such as Twin Peaks®, Papa John's®, and IHG® Hotels. In addition to franchise ownership roles with Twin Peaks Restaurants, Candlewood Suites® Hotels, Go Mini's, and Papa John's International, Fred is also a Co-Owner of DMD Jet Management. Fred Burgess previously held positions as President of the Burgess Law Firm and Exclusive Visas, focusing on immigration services through the EB-5 program. Legal experience includes civil trial attorney roles at Nenner & Burgess, P.C. and Berkowitz & Leabman, P.A. Fred holds a JD from Widener University Schools of Law and a BS in Journalism from the University of Florida.
