Leigh Haislip

Leigh Haislip is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product Design & UX at Papa Johns since March 2024. Prior to this role, Leigh was a User Experience Manager at Fiserv, overseeing a team of designers and researchers while navigating shifting priorities. With a strong background as a Senior User Experience Designer at ADP, Leigh led UX initiatives that simplified HR processes and enhanced digital experiences. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sr UX Designer at The Home Depot, where innovative approaches to the shopping journey were implemented, and as a UX Designer at Cox Media Group, focusing on education within the organization about user experience processes. Leigh's career began with freelance design work and roles in advertising, including Art Director at FKM and a Graphic Design Summer Intern.
