Rachelle Oas

Rachelle Oas is an experienced professional in international business development and project management, currently serving as the International Business Development Project Manager at Papa Johns since April 2022. Rachelle is also the Owner and Managing Director of Sketching on Vellum in Amsterdam since May 2015, providing comprehensive project and program management services for retail facilities. Previously, Rachelle co-owned Tomatillo tex-mex to go, successfully expanding the business by securing new locations. Rachelle's extensive background includes over two decades at Starbucks in various roles, including Construction Manager and Market Design Manager, where significant contributions were made to the company’s global expansion. Rachelle began a career in the construction industry, holding positions such as General Manager at Hawaii Vinyl Supply Inc. and Construction Detailer II at Fletcher Construction. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting from North Dakota State College of Science, along with coursework from Orange Coast Community College and the University of Hawaii.
