Christian Ogait

Christian Ogait is the CEO and Founder of PAPA OSCAR Ventures, Germany's leading VC and incubator for D2C brands, which has invested in over 30 companies and serves consumers in more than 60 countries. Ogait served on the Aufsichtsrat of DI Deutschland.Immobilien AG, overseeing a significant acquisition by MLP AG in 2019 and the completion of the acquisition in 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Country Managing Director at VF Corporation, where operations spanned various geographies and product categories, and Senior Director of Enterprise Business at Monster Worldwide Deutschland GmbH. Prior positions also include Sales Director at Diesel and Sales Director for LEVIS® and DOCKERS® at Levi Strauss & Co., where Ogait revitalized brand presence and significantly increased revenue across multiple markets.
