Papa Pretzel is a family cottage business located in Nicholasville, KY. Our goal is to take the classic, beloved soft pretzel and make it irresistible by using a truly hand-crafted method and premium ingredients.

What sets us apart from typical soft pretzels is our signature braided shape, home propagated sourdough starter, high quality milk and butter, and a traditional alkaline dip before baking. This produces a crisp, leathery skin and a soft, creamy, fluffy interior.
