Trina Williams

Trina Williams, MBA MBL Ed.D Candidate, has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Most recently, Trina worked at Papa as an Inbound Care Associate Employer Team member.

Prior to their current role, Trina served as the General Manager at Custom Flava LLC, where they excelled in handling advertising and funding campaigns, HR and payroll, and remote work.

Trina also worked as a Community Living Trainer at Starkey, Inc. in 2020 and as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Allstate in 2019-2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Trina was an Admissions Counselor at Southwestern College, where they managed relationships with potential students, handled military and civilian enrollments, and achieved a high retention rate.

Before that, Trina served as the Consumer Relations Manager at KRW LLC from 2012 to 2015, establishing and nurturing business relations and ensuring client satisfaction.

In 2012, Trina worked as a Student Services Coordinator at Apollo Education Group, where they assisted students with enrollment and financial aid processes, handled campus finances, and oversaw purchasing needs.

From 2005 to 2012, Trina was the Director at Diversified Entrepreneurial Services, managing a team of employees and maintaining relations with suppliers and distributors.

Finally, in 2008-2009, Trina held the position of Customer Service Rep 2 at Convergys, where they provided tech support and customer service for AT&T and AARP's Secure Horizons project, effectively resolving issues and saving time and money for the company.

Trina Williams is currently pursuing their doctoral degree in Higher Education/Leadership at Southwestern College, a program which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their MBA from Friends University in 2016 with a focus on law. In 2014, Trina earned their Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections/Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, in 2021, they attended Crave Beauty Academy where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Salon/Beauty Salon Management/Manager.
