Ilker Onur Kaya

Ilker Onur Kaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, business development, and strategic leadership across fintech and gaming sectors. Currently serving as the Director of New Business Development at Papara, Ilker is responsible for driving forward-thinking initiatives to meet strategic goals. As co-founder and CEO of Yin Yang Games, Ilker is advancing the Reincarnation GameFi project, while also advising the CEO of Papara and leading efforts in game and finance innovation at companies like Slash and Inveo Yatırım Holding. Previous roles at DenizBank and Emirates NBD highlight a strong background in digital banking innovation, as well as expertise in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Ilker holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bilkent University, an MBA from Bahcesehir University, and is pursuing a Master in Financial Technologies from the same institution.
