Monica Settles

Monica Settles currently serves as Program Manager at Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) since October 2023. Monica has extensive experience in both education and business, having been the Director and Independent Consultant at Paparazzi Accessories since January 2019. Prior roles include Producer at Aflac from January 2022 to March 2024, Educator at District of Columbia Public Schools from August 2020 to January 2022, English Teacher and Department Chair at PGCPS from July 2017 to August 2020, and Instructional Coach and Literacy Specialist at Fairfax County Public Schools from October 2011 to June 2017. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and has furthered education at Walden University.
