Rineeta White

Rineeta White, MBA, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Guardian Care, where leadership involves fostering partnerships and overseeing community outreach initiatives. Previously, Rineeta held the role of Associate Director of Community Engagement, focusing on stakeholder relationships and health equity strategies. Rineeta also has extensive experience in the banking sector, managing branches at Huntington National Bank and Old National Bank, as well as training staff and enhancing client relationships. Additional roles include Director at Paparazzi Accessories and various positions in retail management. Rineeta holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brown Mackie College.
