Dana Zohar

Dana Zohar currently serves as the People Analytics Lead at PAPAYA, specializing in compensation excellence and HRIS optimization. In this role, Dana has developed HR dashboards and KPIs, partnered with HR leadership on compensation cycles, and implemented HiBob as the company's single source of truth for employee data. Prior experience includes a position as People Analytics Lead at NICE Ltd and Head of Department in Research & Economics at the Foreign Trade Administration - Ministry of Economy and Industry in Israel. Additionally, Dana held roles at Amdocs, starting as a Financial Analyst and advancing to a Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included financial counseling and developing cost accounting methodologies. Dana's career began at Waves Audio as an Economist focused on budget analysis and process improvement. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bar Ilan University.
