Customer Experience - Escalation Team Lead at Papaya Gaming

Tomer Itzhaki has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. From 2022 to present, they worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Papaya Gaming. Prior to that, they were a VIP Account Manager at T.Z Boss Management LTD from 2016 to 2022. Tomer also worked at 2See Media Group from 2010 to 2015, first as an Affiliate Manager and then as a Customer Support and Team Leader. Before that, they were a Customer Support Agent at Teleweb Services from 2006 to 2010.

Tomer Itzhaki attended The Open University of Israel from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art/Art Studies, with a focus on General Art studies.
